Many know of "The Boss" Through his music but many may not know his passion for bringing attention to the cities he tours Food Banks!

Also On the political front Bruce was a major face during the 2005 Presidential Election. So much so that a indie movement formed to "Draft Bruce". A petition requesting that the singer headline the proposed event. Reuters reported that the petition had over 50,000 people sign. Although the petition eventually did not pan out. Springsteen did in fact hold a "VOTE FOR CHANGE TOUR" . (see a piece of the concert) and was on the cover of Rolling Stone!

It's refreshing with so many cany pop stars that there is a muscian who has something to say and acts on it. If anything its a great example on how you can be involved in your Government and be cool too!
